Visitors to our location in Northfield are noticing a flurry of activity. After many months, well years actually, of planning, we have begun reconstruction of our historic home at 33 South Main Street.

We recently removed the back of the building, an extension built in the 1970s, and have begun work on remodeling the remaining historic buildings. Most people don't realize it, but the section of our building facing Main Street is actually two buildings, with part of the wall removed so staff can move from one side to the other.

Planned improvements include underground utilities, storm drain upgrades, addition of green spaces, remodeling the interior spaces and most exciting of all ~ the addition of a drive-up window in the back parking area.

A local company, E.F. Wall of Barre, was selected as the general contractor and is hoping for a completion date of May, 2018. Stay tuned for more updates.
