Megan’s banking career started at Northfield Savings Bank over 30 years ago. In her current role, Megan oversees the Enterprise and Government Banking Team whose focus is on business and government banking, business development and relationship building. Megan started her career at NSB as a part-time Community Banker. She went on to become a Community Banking Officer in Montpelier before moving to Commercial Banking in 2006, and Enterprise Banking in 2020. Megan is based out of the Berlin Operations Center.

Kate has over 17 years of experience in financial services, including 10 years dedicated to government banking. In her role as a Vice President of Government Banking, Kate prides herself on excellent customer service while focusing on establishing, developing, and managing relationships with Municipal entities of all sizes. Prior to Northfield Savings Bank, Kate held titles in the banking industry including Municipal Banking Officer, Municipal Banking Administrative Assistant Supervisor, Government Banking & Cash Management Associate, and Commercial Associate. Kate is based out of the Williston Road branch in South Burlington.
