Northfield Savings Bank Announces Organizational Changes in Chittenden County

Chittenden County, VT - Northfield Savings Bank (NSB) is pleased to announce three organizational changes which serve to expand and strengthen our Business Banking, Community Banking and Mortgage Lending teams in Chittenden County.

Kathy LaCross: VP- Commercial Services

Kathy LaCross transitioned to VP - Commercial Services in Chittenden County from VP of Community Banking. In her new role, LaCross will work alongside NSB Business Lenders and Community Banking Officers to focus on building and expanding customer relationships in Chittenden County.

As one of NSB's first employees during the Bank's Chittenden County expansion, LaCross began her NSB career as Branch Manager, and has since served as Regional Branch Administrator and VP of Community Banking.

LaCross is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking and The New England School of Financial Studies, and holds an associate's degree in Psychology from Argosy University. She is a board member of Mercy Connections, and resides in Fairfield with her husband.

Chris Jarvis: VP - Community Banking

Chris Jarvis has been appointed VP - Community Banking in Chittenden County, having previously served as Senior Community Banking Officer at NSB's College Street branch. In his new position, Jarvis will oversee the branch network in Chittenden County; continue to manage the College Street office; and maintain his active role in business development activities throughout the market.

Jarvis joined NSB in 2016 as Senior Community Banking Officer. His expertise in branch management and business banking spans 20 years, primarily in Chittenden County.

Jarvis holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from East Carolina University, and is an active member in the United Way of Northwestern Vermont. He and his family reside in South Burlington.

Nubia Fuller: Mortgage Originator

Nubia Fuller transitioned to the role of Mortgage Banking officer serving Chittenden County from Community Banking Officer at NSB's Montpelier branch. With this move, Fuller joins a team of friendly and experienced Mortgage Lenders focused on providing efficient service through the journey from mortgage applicant to homeowner.

A 24-year veteran of NSB, Fuller has held numerous roles that shape her knowledge: Community Banker, Customer Service Representative, Assistant Branch Manager and Community Banking Officer.

Fuller studied Physics in Bogota, Colombia and Business at SUNY at Old Westbury in New York. She and her family reside in South Burlington.
