NSB customers can also access over 55,000 Allpoint ATMs, surcharge free. Locations include the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the UK, and even Australia.
Please note: Due to the technical limitations of certain types of ATMs, the system is not able to prevent the "surcharge message" screen from appearing on many Allpoint ATMs. You should continue the transaction by answering "yes" on this screen. Your receipt will show you were not charged a fee. If you feel you have been charged a fee in error, please call the Allpoint Network Service Line to submit your refund request directly at 301-492-2063.

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately contact Customer Support at 800-672-2274.
If after hours, immediately contact the Lost and Stolen Card Service Center at 844-773-0985 to cancel your card.
