1. Home Equity Loan with Fixed Rate and Monthly Payments

This loan can be written with a fixed repayment schedule, and it's secured by a mortgage on your home. This is a fixed-rate loan: your interest rate and your payment stay the same for the life of your loan. We offer several rate options, depending on your repayment terms and your loan to value ratio (LTV). Loan to value ratio is the dollar amount of the outstanding mortgage(s) on your home, expressed as a percentage of the appraised value of your property. Click here to apply.

2. Home Equity Line of Credit

This is a variable rate line of credit tied to the Prime Rate, as published in the Wall Street Journal Money Rate section. Rates vary, depending on your term and your loan to value ratio (LTV). Loan to value ratio is the dollar amount of the outstanding mortgage(s) on your home, expressed as a percentage of the appraised value of your property.
