Application Checklist

We want to make sure you have everything you need to begin the loan process with us.

So here's our Application Checklist. You can use it to get started right away. Questions? Contact a Business Banker.

When you apply for a business loan, you'll need to give us financial information about your business, and personal financial information about the owners. We need:
  • Financial statements or tax returns of the business for the last three years
  • Current personal financial statements for all owners
  • Personal tax returns including all schedules for all owners, for the past two years
  • Current profit & loss statement

In addition, you will need to fill out two forms, the NSB Personal Financial Statement and the NSB Business Loan Application. If you own rental property, you should also complete the Annual Rental Proforma Worksheet. We've put these documents online, ready for downloading in Portable Document Format (PDF).
